RELEASE AGREEMENT

By checking each box below, you ("Guest") acknowledge and agree to the following terms in connection with your appearance on Mix and Mastered with KOVAS (the "Program"), produced by KOVAS Enterprises / Art School Rebellion ("Producer"):

1. Grant of Rights. I grant Producer and its licensees an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from my name, voice, likeness, image, statements, and biographical information in connection with the Program and its promotion across all media now known or hereafter devised — including podcasts, social media, streaming platforms, and promotional materials.

2. Original Music Ownership. Any music, compositions, beats, songs, or sound recordings created during or in connection with the Program (including "Looped In" tracks) are solely and exclusively owned by Producer / Art School Rebellion. I have no ownership interest, copyright claim, publishing rights, master rights, or right to royalties. My credit as "Muse" is honorary and does not constitute co-authorship, co-production, or joint work under U.S. Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 101).

3. Creative Prompts Disclaimer. Any suggestions, ideas, themes, sounds, words, phrases, genre preferences, or other creative inputs I provide are offered voluntarily as creative prompts and inspiration only. They do not constitute songwriting, composition, or co-production that would entitle me to credit (beyond "Muse"), compensation, ownership, or royalties under any copyright, publishing, or performance rights framework.

4. Voluntary Appearance. This is a voluntary, unpaid appearance. I am not entitled to compensation of any kind. In consideration, I will receive: (a) honorary "Muse" credit on any Looped In track; (b) early access to the custom track; (c) a promotional kit including episode links, video clips, and social media assets.

5. Release of Claims. I release and forever discharge KOVAS, Art School Rebellion, KOVAS Enterprises, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Program — including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, infliction of emotional distress, copyright infringement, or breach of contract.

6. Editing & Editorial Control. Producer retains full editorial control over the Program, including the right to edit, cut, rearrange, modify, or omit any portion of my appearance at Producer's sole discretion. I waive any right of approval over the final edited version.

By typing my full legal name below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Guest Participation & Release Agreement. I understand that this digital signature constitutes a legally binding agreement under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
